The Fresh Market is a client-choice food pantry that provides groceries and various supplies to families in East Garfield Park. Residents also receive access to legal aid, food stamps, housing and employment information, financial management, GED certification and family workshops.
A Just Harvest
A Just Harvest’s mission is to fight poverty and hunger in the Rogers Park and greater Chicago community by providing nutritious meals daily while cultivating community and economic development and organizing across racial, cultural and socioeconomic lines in order to create a more just society. This year for the Next Gen Food Fight, our North Shore location is collecting food to help stock the shelves of “A Just Harvest” to help fight hunger in our local communities.
Crystal Lake Food Pantry
The Crystal Lake Food Pantry is an organization that partners with local churches to distribute to those in need. This year for the Next Gen Food Fight, our Crystal Lake location is collecting food to help stock the shelves of the Crystal Lake Food Pantry to help fight hunger in our local communities.
Grafton Food Pantry
The Grafton Food Pantry’s mission is to improve the lives of our friends and neighbors in need by providing nutritious food and essential personal care items. For the Next Gen Food Fight, our Huntley location will be collecting groceries to donate to the Grafton Food Pantry to help fight hunger in our local communities.
FISH Food Pantry
The FISH Food Pantry’s mission is to provide a five to ten-day supply of food to families in need. For the Next Gen Food Fight, our Huntley location will be collecting groceries to donate to the FISH Food Pantry to help fight hunger in our local communities.
Northern Illinois Food Bank
The Northern Illinois Food Bank provides nutritious food and resources for our neighbors with dignity, equity and convenience. For the Next Gen Food Fight, our Wheaton location will be collecting groceries to donate to the Northern Illinois Food Bank to help fight hunger in our local communities.
Care Center
At the Care Center you’ll find Dignity, Hope, & Transformation. The Care Center food store provides food to any person or family in need of food. This year for the Next Gen Food Fight, our Chicago, South Barrington and South Lake locations are collecting food to help stock the shelves of the Care Center to help fight hunger in our local communities.
