Tickets for our shows are sold as GA by level (floor, mezzanine, balcony). When the doors open, all seats are open and occupied on a first come basis. We do not allow guests to save seats for members of their party who are not present in the facility.
Large groups should notify event operations via email at events@willowcreek.org to arrange for group seating.
Unfortunately no. We no longer offer regular onsite ticket sales. Some tours may choose to sell tickets in the lobby at South Barrington on a Sunday morning and those details will be published on our website with the show information.
Yes we do! We have accessible seating on each level of our main auditorium. Since we do not sell tickets you will need to buy a ticket for the level you want to sit on and inform a member of our Guest Experience Team that you need accessible seating when you enter the auditorium.
Elevators are located next to each entrance. Escalators are located in the center of the main lobby.
For liability reasons, Willow does not provide wheelchair escorts. However, wheelchairs can be found outside of the D and E entrances for guests to use at their own risk.
Auditorium doors generally open 1 hour prior to events. For a specific door opening time, please visit the show’s event summary. Venue doors typically open 90 minutes prior to showtime.
Yes! Parking for all our concerts is free.
We do! Every show is a bit different but we have a fully operational cafe onsite where guests can purchase food and beverages. The cafe typically opens 90 minutes to showtime.
Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the facility.
Willow Creek does not participate in the ticketing process for concerts hosted at any Willow Creek location. At this time all of our concert promotion partners have no refund policies listed on their ticketing sites so all sales are final.
Children 2 years and above are required to have a ticket to enter the auditorium. If under 2 years, an adult will be allowed to have one child sit on his/her lap. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will require a ticket regardless of the age of the child. Contact us via email at events@willowcreek.org for show-specific information.
