A tent host is an individual or group who says YES! to owning a tent and table at this year’s World Food Fair.

Yes, groups can serve together. We encourage you to invite your family and friends to join you in preparing and serving food.

Great question! There are a few commitments or expectations involved. They are:

Provide 600 already cooked/prepared food bites (think taste-tester, not meal) to give away to people attending the World Food Fair.

Communicate your menu and other relevant allergy information to the Willow team within the timeframe requested.

Decorate your tent and table to reflect the country or region of your food’s origin. Be creative!

Follow Food Safety Guidelines in the preparation and serving of food.

Be available to serve for the entirety of the event at your campus.

No, each tent and table only needs one registration form submitted.

Crystal Lake, North Shore, and South Lake will host WFF immediately following the conclusion of their 11 am service.

Wheaton will host WFF immediately following the conclusion of their 10 am service.

South Barrington and Huntley will host immediately following the conclusion of both their 9 am and 11 am services.
