We don’t need anyone to pray in our place. Because of Jesus, we have been given access to the Father and we can talk to Him–freely. We’re invited to talk to God through prayer, and Jesus demonstrated how we should.
What actually is prayer? Who is allowed to pray? When should we pray? Prayer is a foundational tool of Christianity which is often overlooked and deeply misunderstood. Prayer is critical to our lives because it’s a direct line to God where we can share with Him our praises, concerns, and thanksgivings. Throughout this series, Alive Without Breathing, we’ll dig in and explore the purpose and passion behind prayer, and why it’s a resource we should utilize most, not just in desperation.
