Thanks for joining us on this 21 day prayer journey! Each day, you’ll receive a text prompting you to engage with Celebration of Hope through prayer. Today, read through Matthew 5:1-3. 

“Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, and he began to teach them. He said: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” 

Thank Jesus for his heart to teach you! Pray that He would both challenge and encourage you on this journey. And ask God to prepare your heart for the next few weeks, that you would be given a heart that is “poor in spirit,” or one that recognizes your need for Him.
