Camp Paradise Junior Summer Staff

Has your child (ages 13-15) expressed interest in joining the summer staff team at Camp Paradise? Would the two of you like to give back to Dads Camp in a meaningful way? Apply to serve this summer as a son/dad or daughter/dad pair at one of our Jr. Summer Staff sessions.

Our Jr. Summer Staff get the unique opportunity to help campers on arrival and departure days, work hard alongside the Summer Staff, and make new memories throughout the session together. It’s a fantastic way to reconnect at Dads Camp while discovering what it takes to make Camp come to life.

Is Jr. Summer Staff something my child and I can commit to?

Different from attending Dads Camp, Jr. Summer Staff are focused on serving so everything runs smoothly at Camp Paradise. You can expect to serve side-by-side at times as a son/dad pair or daughter/son pair. You’ll also be assigned tasks apart—Jr. Staff Kids will be trained to help at High Adventure (ropes/tower) and Jr. Staff Dads will tackle a physical labor project behind the scenes.

This unique opportunity is for kids ages 13-15 with their dad at a discounted registration cost of $300/pair (payment due upon acceptance). If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, check out the Jr. Summer Staff Schedule for arrival/departure times, daily work assignments, and when you get to hang together.
