Congratulations! It is an honor for us to join you in this exciting season of your life. Our heart is to help you create a meaningful ceremony with a foundation for a healthy marriage.
Premarital Mentoring
Our premarital mentoring program is intended to inform your view of marriage, reinforce healthy communication habits around important elements of married life, and set you on a path toward a life-long, love-filled, God-centered marriage.
- We utilize a third-party evaluation to assess couples’ marriage readiness and customize the content of our sessions.
- Our mentors each have 10+ years of marriage experience.
- The curriculum will take 6 to 7 sessions minimum.
- The program cost is $100 per couple.
- Sessions can take place at one of our campus locations, offsite, or virtual.
- Premarital Mentoring is required for Officiant and Ceremony support.
Wedding Officiant
Our Pastors consider it an honor to serve you on such a special occasion.
- Pastoral Officiants will attend a rehearsal 1 – 2 nights before the wedding.
- They can serve as your Premarital Mentor
- They will schedule a 1-hour conversation to discuss the ceremonies content and vow preparation.
- The officiant fee is $350.
- Outside venues require a $50 travel expense per 30 miles from the pastors church location.
Willow Hosted Wedding
- Weddings require a minimum of a 6 month lead time.
- Includes a rehearsal the night before.
- Costs $700
Volunteer
Host the bride & groom as they celebrate their expression of love through the wedding ceremony. Serving opportunities are frequent and flexible and each serve is typically 3–4 hours. Tasks may include: providing assistance to the family setting up the chapel, assisting the bride and groom with any last minute needs, welcoming guests and providing direction for seating, assisting the family as they leave our campus, and resetting the chapel/reception room post-service.
