What to Expect

Welcome to Willow Huntley! Regardless of where you are in your spiritual journey, we want to walk alongside you. We have an incredible community here at Willow Huntley and can’t wait to connect. We gather in person and online every Sunday at 9 and 11 a.m., and hope to meet you soon!

I'm new! Where do I go when I get there?

There is one entrance into Willow Huntley off of Huntley Road – our Traffic team will direct you as soon as you pull into our driveway. You can enter our church from either the East or West side of the building, where you’ll be greeted by our Welcome Team, and often, our Campus Pastor, Todd, himself!

We love meeting new people, so be sure to stop by our Welcome Center to connect. We’d be happy to show you around (plus, we have a free Welcome Gift for you!).

Don’t forget to stop by our cafe to grab a cup of coffee or tea at our new Cafe before going into the Auditorium to find a seat.

What programs do you have for kids (infant-grade 5)?

Willow Kids is a fun place for every kid in our community to be welcomed into a space where they are seen, known, and loved as they learn about Jesus. We meet at both the 9 and 11 a.m. services each Sunday. Simply enter through the Willow Kids entrance on the West side of the building, just past the main entrance (closer to the back of the parking lot). You’ll be greeted by our Willow Kids staff, who will help you get your kids registered and off to their new classroom!

What programs do you have for Jr. High and High School students?

Here at Willow Huntley, our Junior High and High School students are part of Willow Students. We have programs specially designed for both stages of life, and they each meet separately on their own days.

JHM (Junior High Ministry) meets every Sunday during the 11 a.m. service. The group begins in worship with the rest of the church, so have your Jr. Higher meet us in the auditorium in the Student Section – you’ll find us in the middle section up top!

HSM (High School Ministry) meets every Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Our heart is to make HSM the kind of place where no one stands alone. Come exactly as you are, and feel free to bring your friends (even if they don’t go to our church!).

When is your building open?

Is your playground open to the public?

The short answer is, YES! Our playground is a gift to the community around our church and is open to the public every day from dawn until dusk.

Our state-of-the-art playground has something fun for every age group. The fenced-in toddler area was thoughtfully planned out with swings, smaller slides, climbing elements like hollow logs and rocks, a fire truck climber, and a beautiful sun shade covering the space. For older children, the park features a tall climbing structure with two different slides, slides built into hills, swings, climbing walls and structures and a climbing whirl for spinning.

Our spacious patio next to the playground is perfect for friends and families to connect, or for caregivers to relax while kids play. We hope to see you soon!

The building is open from 10 a.m.–2 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and during Sunday services (9 & 11 a .m.). Restrooms are available for playground and patio users during those times.
