"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work. If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him."

- Ecclesiastes 4:9

Process for Getting Assistance

The first step in moving toward financial freedom is to attend a workshop or seminar offered by the Good Sense Ministry. These events teach practical tools for handling money built upon a biblical foundation that provides hope, encouragement and a simple methodology for gaining control of your financial situation. Click here to see our upcoming events and registration information. The enthusiasm and personal testimonies from past  participants about the benefit they received from attending has provided clear evidence of the value of these Good Sense events. After the completion of a seminar or workshop, additional assistance from our ministry through one-on-one counseling is available.  After a seminar or workshop, you will be asked to track your expenses daily for 45 days. Then you can copy your expense tracking sheets and fill out the one-on-one counselor request form.  After mailing in these forms, you will be connected with a one-on-one counselor.  For additional tracking forms, please click here.  For additional information, please email us at goodsense@willowcreek.org.

What Can I Expect?
Our events, both seminars and workshops, are designed to be non-intrusive and helpful in understanding what the bible says about money and finances. Our 8 week workshops include interaction and help from Good Sense volunteers who are both knowledgeable and eager to serve.

You do not have to share anything you are not comfortable sharing during our workshops. The top priority of your leader is to create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for you on your journey to become financially free.

You'll learn how all of this can be applied to your situation and how it can help you gain control of your finances, instead of having your finances control you.
